Sprinkle 2 to 3 teaspoons of Bath Potion into your running bath, sink into this gorgeous aroma and enjoy your bath.  I like to light candles and incense (safely), surround myself with crystals in the room or add Rose Quartz to my bath (ensure crystals are water safe if adding to water), sometimes I will sprinkle dried Rose Petals to my bath too for a self nourishment experience.
 
No bath? No problem.  I prefer showers and only have a bath when I want to gift myself with extra TLC.  When I have a shower I will sometimes put the plug in, run the taps and add a teaspoon of Bath Potion, I will then have my shower, whilst experiencing a giant footsoak, lovley.
 
No shower over a bath? No problem.  Sprinkle the end of a teaspoon in a large jug of water (temperature to suit), gently pour over your body and rinse, (I like to imagine I am in a waterfall of that energy).  Alternatively dip a face cloth in and gently massage your body and rinse.
