1. VALIDITY PERIOD

This card is valid for 12 months from last transaction and any unused balance on the card will be lost after this date.

 

2. REDEMPTION

This certificate may be redeemed for any product or service offered by Crystal Moon Emporium Ltd at the prevailing price at the time of redemption.

 

3. NON-REFUNDABLE

This Gift Certificate cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Once purchased, this certificate is non-refundable and has no cash value.

All sales of gift certificates are final and cannot be exchanged for other merchandise.

 

4. NON-TRANSFERABLE

This certificate is non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient.

 

5. LOST OR STOLEN CERTIFICATES

Crystal Moon Emporium Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or any unauthorised use.

 

6. REMAINING BALANCE

If the purchase value exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the remaining balance must be paid by another form of payment.

No cashback will be given if the purchase amount is less than the value of the Gift Certificate.

 

7. EXCLUSIONS

This Gift Certificate can only be redeemed against products and services provided by Crystal Moon Emporium Ltd.

 

8. CANCELLATION

Crystal Moon Emporium Ltd reserves the right to cancel any Gift Certificate obtained fraudulently.

We reserve the right to cancel this certificate for any misuse or violation of terms.

Certificates may be voided by Crystal Moon Emporium Ltd if any alterations or unauthorized endorsements are detected.

 

9. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

10. JURISDICTION

Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
